D. Bethel and Eben Bergoon, the creators of the web comic Eben07, will provide instruction on bringing your comic to life on the internet as a webcomic. The event is Saturday, September 24, starting at 1 p.m. and will be held at Empire's Comics Vault at 1120 Fulton Avenue in Sacramento. RSVP at webcomic.eventbrite.com. Limited to 20 spots.
