Meet Local Artist Melissa Pagluica
Melissa Pagluica is a freelance illustrator based in Sacramento. She loves to work both traditionally and digitally.
Melissa was recently featured in ECCC 2013 art book, ARTDOLL quarterly, and has enjoyed working with local comic book creators, musicians, and independent game companies.
Her
current project is an online webcomic called “Above the Clouds” and can be
